Melody is the absolute best mortgage loan originator we have worked with. We had countless questions...which, due to work schedules, typically came during the weekends or later in the evenings. Between all the mortgage options, rate terms, etc., Melody was more than willing to explain all the differences (often more than once) based on what was best for our goals. We are currently watching our dream home being built, and we owe a lot of how this is all coming to fruition to Melody and HarborOne Mortgage. In regards to the closing - it all happened rather quickly toward the end as far as our deadline with builder. Not only is our agent very impressed with Melody, our builder is as well.
